Facilities Management Executive – Site Operations & Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Management Executive to lead site operations and service delivery for our Singapore projects. You will act as the primary frontline officer, ensuring maintenance works meet contract specifications and service standards while supporting a safe and efficient workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
• Conduct routine site inspections, follow up on rectifications, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Assist in planning preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating improvement works with the Project Manager.
• Provide technical support for mechanical & electrical matters and monitor compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit reports, checklists, and documentation for audits, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Liaise with employer representatives, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support client presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management or related site operations.
• Strong ability to supervise contractors and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Good understanding of safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance in a built‑environment context.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
