Facilities Manager – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment across Singapore. The role requires immediate availability and offers the chance to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of school facilities, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of facility‑related services.
• Support facility improvement and minor renovation projects.
• Respond promptly to facility‑related issues or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and facility performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Built Environment, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven management/supervisory background.
• At least 2 years providing Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, preferably with the Tenderer’s company.
• Preferably holds Tier 3 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, programme, and supervise works and services effectively.
