Faculty Position in Human Resource Management (Lecturer to Associate Professor)

About the role

The Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) invites applications for an open‑rank faculty position in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will join the HRM cluster within the S R Nathan School of Human Development, contributing to teaching, research, and curriculum innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate HRM courses using a hybrid delivery model.
• Develop and update curriculum and teaching materials.
• Conduct high‑quality research in applied social sciences, targeting reputable academic journals.
• Collaborate with students, associate faculty, and external stakeholders to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.

Required profile

• PhD (or near completion) from an internationally recognised university in HRM or a related discipline (e.g., management, industrial‑organisational psychology, labour economics, organisational behaviour).
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Strong research pipeline with publications in recognised journals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high integrity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
