About the role

The Food & Beverage Executive (Management Trainee) will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering seamless daily operations. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment while developing leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with opening and closing duties, ensuring the venue is ready for service.
• Welcome guests, manage seating, recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Take and process orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain restaurant service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, clearing tables, and restocking supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to guarantee a positive dining experience.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a fast‑paced hospitality or service setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
