F&B Host/Hostess for Club55 Restaurant

About the role
Join the vibrant Club55 restaurant team at Marina Bay Sands as an F&B Host/Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations, answer phone inquiries and respond to guest requests.
- Greet each guest warmly, using their name when known, and acknowledge special occasions.
- Seat guests according to rotation plans, ensuring fairness and efficiency.
- Maintain guest profiles, noting birthdays, anniversaries and other important dates.
- Communicate relevant guest information to Captains and Server Attendants.
- Thank guests as they leave and relay feedback to management.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum secondary education (O Level) or a diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or guest contact, preferably in hospitality.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.
