About the role
Kickstart your career in food & beverage with a 2‑year rotational Management Trainee program. You will rotate across kitchen and front‑of‑house operations in Malaysia and Singapore, gaining hands‑on experience and preparing for future leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Culinary Track: Master Korean dishes, apply HACCP standards, manage kitchen costing, inventory and menu planning, and progress from Chef de Partie to Junior Sous Chef.
- Front‑of‑House Track: Oversee POS and reservation systems, coach staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and develop skills to become an Outlet Manager.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with no prior experience required.
- Passionate about F&B; Korean cuisine preferred for the culinary track.
- Strong communication, customer‑orientation and leadership potential.
- Willingness to work shifts across multiple outlets; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
