About the role

Join our islandwide network of restaurants as a Food & Beverage Management Trainee, working closely with the Outlet Manager to learn day‑to‑day operations and develop the skills needed to run a restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing all F&B and daily operations.
Serve guests efficiently, handle special requests and ensure high standards of hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness, monitor inventory levels and support kitchen preparation.
Follow company safety SOPs and ensure staff compliance.

Required profile

At least GCE O‑Level, Diploma or Degree.
Willingness to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Pleasant, energetic team player with a passion for the service industry.
Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
