F&B Service Attendant – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join the award‑winning team at Marina Bay Sands as an F&B Service Attendant in our In‑Room Dining department. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑quality dining experience directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring every order is presented beautifully and promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver orders to guest rooms accurately and on time, maintaining presentation standards.
• Set up and keep in‑room dining stations clean, well‑stocked, and organized.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Prepare orders according to quality standards and menu specifications.
• Promote additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
• Process cash and credit‑card transactions following established procedures.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain a tidy work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a server or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance and commitment to health‑safety standards.
