About the role

Join the renowned Marina Bay Sands team as an F&B Service Attendant, delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a world‑class restaurant environment. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience while supporting the smooth operation of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist teammates in restaurant set‑up, ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected before service.
• Respond to guest requests, suggest up‑selling opportunities, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu.
• Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries for the restaurant.
• Perform any additional administrative duties required by the outlet.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education with O‑Level passes; a diploma is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in guest service or hospitality roles.
• Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
