About the role

Join the St. Regis team in Singapore as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the front‑line host, ensuring every meal feels seamless and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange dining tables according to service standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and maintain a courteous demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety protocols.
• Handle guest transactions and billing as part of the overall experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food‑service procedures.
• Ability to read and verify menu information.
