About the role
The Guest Service Expert at W Hotels delivers a memorable dining experience by combining attentive service with a vibrant atmosphere. Working on the WET floor, you will interact directly with guests, support the kitchen, and ensure the dining area runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Serve guests promptly, answer menu questions, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain work areas and supplies, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring correct presentation.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
