About the role

Pasta Express is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations across its outlets in Singapore. The role involves managing cooking, preparation, inventory control and stock ordering while working a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Perform food preparation tasks to support timely and efficient kitchen service.
Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor supply levels.
Place orders for stock replenishment to maintain adequate inventory for daily operations.
Supervise daily outlet activities, coordinating the team to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

Minimum of 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
Proven ability to manage supervisory responsibilities in a kitchen environment.

What we offer

Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,600 to SGD 4,800.
Full‑time permanent position with island‑wide work locations.
