Field Sales Trainer

About the role

The Field Sales Trainer will act as a product and sales‑enablement expert for Kidde Global Solutions, focusing on training internal field sales teams and authorized channel partners. Leveraging deep technical knowledge of fire alarm and life‑safety solutions, the role aims to boost sales effectiveness and technical confidence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve standardized global sales training programs for internal field sales staff.
• Align regional training needs with the global sales training organization.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education on Edwards & Kidde Commercial products, system architectures and applications.
• Conduct instructor‑led sessions, workshops and seminars in classroom, field and virtual settings.
• Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert, supporting internal teams and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and life‑safety solutions.
• Experience delivering training to sales professionals and channel partners.
• Ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
