Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The role involves installing, configuring and maintaining advanced production equipment for our clients both locally and overseas, ensuring high reliability and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission high‑tech production machinery at customer sites across Singapore and abroad.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory to support timely maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prepare and update accurate service documentation and reports.
• Strictly follow safety regulations and clean‑room protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec qualification in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore and to regional locations such as Malaysia, Thailand and Japan.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on site.
