Field Service Technician

About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Field Service Technician to support essential operations across multiple sites. The role involves routine physical tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, with travel to different locations as required.
Key responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and calibration on cold‑storage equipment, ovens, furnaces and water‑purification systems following checklists.
- Obtain customer sign‑off on e‑service reports and update the ticketing system to close jobs.
- Carry out ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in an engineering‑related field.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with electronic, electrical or mechanical concepts.
- Willingness to travel to various sites.
