Field Service Technician

About the role

The Expert Field Service Technician will carry out field service activities at customer sites across Singapore, ensuring safe and efficient operation of complex water‑treatment systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and diesel equipment, perform preventative maintenance, manage parts inventory and address safety issues on both company and customer owned assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture.
• Execute field service tasks with minimal supervision, including complex system installations and repairs.
• Review and guide task plans, drawings and schematics throughout the job duration.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on all job activities.
• Anticipate potential problems and provide effective, safety‑compliant solutions.
• Maintain company property and ensure proper parts inventory.

Required profile

• HS diploma or equivalent; technical certification, degree or industry‑specific licence preferred.
• Class 3 driving licence and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 20‑80% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Ability to obtain required customer clearances (PTW, MSRA, etc.).
