Finance Business Partner (FMCG)

About the role

A well-established international consumer products organisation with a strong presence across Asia Pacific is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support regional leadership in driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and strategic decision-making across multiple Asian markets. Reporting to the regional finance leadership team and partnering closely with the Asia commercial leadership team, the role is based in Singapore and is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive regional P&L performance and deliver EBIT targets.
• Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning and performance management across Asia.
• Manage regional risk and opportunity assessments, with clear ownership and mitigation plans.
• Drive business performance reviews using revenue, profitability, market share, inventory and forecast accuracy.
• Support revenue growth initiatives through pricing, trade investment, product mix and commercial profitability analysis.
• Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis for distributor management, portfolio optimisation and market expansion.
• Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams and deliver high-quality management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering in a complex multinational environment.
• Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions at senior leadership level.
