Finance Intern (Controlling)

About the role

LBeauty, a joint venture between LVMH and Luxasia, manages six perfume and cosmetics brands across seven Southeast Asian markets. It is looking for a Controlling Finance Intern in Singapore, working full time for 6 months from December 2026/January 2027 to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Review month-end closing of general and administrative and logistics costs for the six LBeauty entities
• Analyse main variances against last year and budget and obtain explanations
• Improve follow-up of logistics and IT costs
• Help with monthly consolidation and reporting, focused on sales
• Help maintain the sell-out (BISO) platform
• Streamline reporting processes and organise access to data
• Maintain effective communication with third parties and carry out ad hoc analysis and project follow-up

Required profile

• Able to commit full time for 6 months of internship from Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Analytical mind, adaptable and flexible, team player and system oriented

Required skills

• Excel is required
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
