Finance Intern (Group Controllership) – Jan to Jun 2027

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Finance Intern (Group Controllership) to join from January until June 2027. You will support a key finance transformation initiative to implement a new AI-powered consolidation system, including its implementation and go-live processes so that it meets reporting, compliance and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and go-live activities for the new consolidation system, including result analysis
• Assist with group closing matters, such as communicating with regional teams
• Help prepare financial statements and carry out audit-related tasks
• Document processes, findings and improvement opportunities
• Contribute ideas and hands-on support to finance process automation initiatives
• Take part in team discussions and present progress or findings when required

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Interest in finance systems, data or automation is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic accounting knowledge, such as financial statements, journals and consolidations
