Finance Manager – Full-set Accounting & Tax Expertise

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for our automotive business in Jurong East. The role reports to the Director and will oversee the full‑set accounting function while ensuring compliance with Singapore tax and reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Analyse financial performance against budgets and produce variance reports for senior management.
• Maintain accounting policies and ensure accurate month‑end closing, including GL, AP, AR and consolidation.
• Prepare and review tax calculations, corporate income tax filings and ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations.
• Coordinate annual financial audits with internal teams and external auditors.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial data.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and regulatory authorities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in full‑set accounting, corporate finance or financial auditing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and leading a finance team.
