Finance Manager – Remote

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the day‑to‑day financial operations of LM CONSULTING RH on a full‑time remote basis. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and delivering accurate financial reports to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management processes.
• Prepare and present regular financial statements and management reports.
• Analyse financial data, monitor key performance indicators and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.
• Develop and improve financial policies, controls and processes.
• Support strategic planning and create management presentations.
• Implement tools and systems to increase financial efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with financial modeling, data analysis and use of spreadsheet and ERP tools.
• Ability to design and implement financial controls and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
