Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will support project‑based financial planning and analysis for our ICT and technology engagements in Singapore. Reporting to the finance team, you will ensure accurate budgeting, profitability tracking and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct project financial estimation, budgeting, profitability analysis and performance tracking.
• Provide financial insights for project planning, contract evaluation and business decisions.
• Assess financial risks and support risk mitigation across project phases.
• Validate and monitor project financial and operational data for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, delivery and operations teams to support commercial activities and pre‑sales contract reviews.
• Present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders, including regional and Chinese‑speaking teams.
• Continuously improve financial processes, templates and digital finance solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis or project finance, preferably in ICT, telecommunications or technology projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Familiarity with Oracle database or related ERP systems.
