Finance Systems Analyst - Oracle ERP

About the role

A well-established multinational organisation is investing in finance transformation, process optimisation and Oracle ERP enhancement across its global finance operations. It is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst in Singapore to support finance transformation through process improvement, Oracle ERP enhancements and system implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.
• Analyse and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, controls and automation.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement and transformation initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Take part in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Finance modules such as GL, AR, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Support UAT, troubleshooting and issue resolution, ensuring solutions meet finance policies, controls and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finance system improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle Finance system configuration or implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and turn business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
