Financial Analyst – 4-Year Rotational Programme

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Asia 2 team in Singapore as part of a structured four‑year rotational programme. The role provides a comprehensive foundation in private banking and investment management, preparing you for a future Private Banker position.

Key responsibilities

• Year 1: work alongside Client Relationship Officers to understand client relationship management and daily operations.
• Years 2‑3: integrate with the Investment Platform, supporting portfolio managers and deepening knowledge of investment and portfolio management.
• Year 4: manage an existing client portfolio, delivering high‑level wealth‑management advisory.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross‑functional specialists to implement wealth‑management strategies.
• Participate in professional certification programmes such as the CFA and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management.
• 3‑5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen interest in client relations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team player and adaptable.
