Financial Analyst – Private Wealth Management (Singapore)

About the role

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Private Wealth Advisors in delivering tailored wealth management solutions to high‑net‑worth clients across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with advisors, analyze market trends, and help construct and rebalance client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors to implement wealth‑management strategies for PWM clients in the Southeast Asia market.
• Monitor financial‑market developments and analyse risk‑return characteristics of investment ideas.
• Assist in portfolio rebalancing and execute client orders across asset classes.
• Develop marketing presentations covering equity, fixed income, FX and alternative‑investment components.
• Research internal and external investment vehicles and generate trading ideas.
• Liaise with product groups within and outside the Investment Management Division to meet client needs.
• Convey Goldman Sachs research and market views to advisors and clients.
• Provide general client service, team support, and contribute to platform‑development projects.

Required profile

• Experience with foreign‑exchange investment instruments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Strong interest in financial markets with solid investment and commercial instincts.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills; team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters platforms.
