Financial and Regulatory Reporting Analyst

About the role

As a preparer, you will support the Team Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting (FRR) and the domain in‑charge to deliver accurate financial and regulatory data, perform product and risk analyses, and ensure reliable statutory and head‑office reporting for the Singapore entity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial and regulatory data accuracy and reliability across all reporting streams.
• Perform product analysis, cost‑of‑risk analysis, and financial synthesis for local statutory reporting.
• Prepare liquidity ratios, monitor liquidity indicators, and produce regulatory returns in line with MAS requirements.
• Supervise near‑shore and offshore teams during the financial closing process, providing feedback on service quality and controls.
• Stay current with IFRS/IAS standards, group accounting policies, and regional memos.
• Develop regulatory reading frameworks and map regulatory data for Singapore finance reporting.
• Liaise with APAC finance teams and external auditors to support head‑office reporting and statutory audits.
• Maintain the regulatory reporting database, perform 4‑eye controls, and submit MAS notices, circulars, and surveys.
• Document audit trails, update SOPs, and contribute to internal control frameworks.
• Assist in change‑management projects, system enhancements, and process automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with ledger accounting schemes and financial closing processes.
• Ability to work with near‑shore teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail for regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to liaise with auditors, regulators and internal finance partners.
