Financial Controller – Food & Beverage

About the role

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead day-to-day accounting operations and finance functions across all Food & Beverage entities, events businesses and management service entities. The role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closes while aligning with group financial policies and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple F&B outlets.
• Monitor outlet financial performance metrics such as revenue, gross margin, labour and food costs.
• Partner with operational teams to strengthen financial discipline and accountability.
• Own the finance set-up for new concepts and outlet openings, from initial design to full implementation.
• Drive ERP, POS and finance system enhancements and develop scalable workflows and standardized controls.
• Support regional and overseas expansion through robust financial reporting and governance.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA, CPA or ACCA qualification highly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or controllership role within the F&B or hospitality sector.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with POS systems.
