Financial Controller – Singapore (West)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a fast‑growing clean‑energy group in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the finance team and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial performance and supporting key growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across business units.
• Evaluate performance against plans, identify variances and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that improve profitability and cost management.
• Lead governance, risk management, and compliance activities, including IFRS reporting.
• Support business development, M&A, and global partnership projects.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external partners.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance team while driving digitalisation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and costing methodologies.
• Proven business partnering and leadership experience.
