Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Safran Landing Systems Services & Support. This senior position supports strategic initiatives such as a new plant extension and migration to a new ERP system, ensuring financial alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and regular forecasting processes in partnership with operational teams.
• Monitor monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow results, providing variance analysis and insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and risk/opportunity assessments to management.
• Support decision‑making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment case evaluation.
• Manage intercompany reporting, transfer pricing, and ensure compliance with Group policies.
• Analyze operational performance, cost structure, productivity, and project profitability.
• Oversee data integrity in ERP and reporting systems, and drive automation of financial processes.
• Provide financial oversight for the new plant extension, including capital investment analysis and milestone reporting.
• Coordinate finance team activities for ERP migration, ensuring accurate data migration and minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, or related finance roles within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
