Financial Planning and Analysis Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established not‑for‑profit multinational organisation to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Partner. Based in Singapore for the first 12‑18 months, the role will support a fast‑growing technology portfolio and may later relocate to Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own multi‑year financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for large digital transformation programmes.
• Provide ongoing financial oversight, monitoring cost trajectories, risks and value realization.
• Partner with domain and project leaders on financial implications of scope changes and prioritisation decisions.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and investment trade‑off assessments.
• Strengthen financial governance, cost discipline and forecasting accuracy across technology investments.
• Support IFRS capitalisation analysis, project cost tracking and resourcing analysis.
• Prepare and present clear financial insights to senior leadership, the CFO and board forums.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; professional qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, FP&A, MBA).
• Significant FP&A, commercial finance or business‑partnering experience, preferably supporting large, multi‑year programmes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed or global environments.
• Exposure to technology, digital, IT services, software/platform development or SaaS environments.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Expert‑level Excel proficiency.
• Experience with large datasets and ERP/planning systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS capitalisation rules.
• Familiarity with AI applications in financial processes (a plus).
