Food and Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager reports to the Singapore General Manager and leads the daily operations of Mandala Club’s outlets. The role ensures financial performance aligns with budget, drives member satisfaction, and upholds the Mandala brand ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of all F&B outlets, managing margins, costs, and budget adherence.
• Direct day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, service standards, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage Directors to grow sales and maintain a sustainable menu offering.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, policies, and the “Brand/Club Bible” to support business expansion.
• Lead people and culture initiatives: talent acquisition, high‑performance culture, leadership development, and employee engagement.
• Analyze food and beverage trends, respond to member feedback, and drive cultural events to enhance member experience.
• Partner with HR for recruitment, appraisals, and team development programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a hospitality or club environment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to meet budgetary targets.
• Leadership skills to build high‑performing teams and nurture future leaders.
