Food & Beverage Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Food & Beverage Agent supports the Guest Service team in delivering memorable dining experiences at The Singapore EDITION. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure guests receive attentive, high‑quality service in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety policies.
• Assist with clearing tables, restocking supplies, and keeping service stations stocked.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces.
