Food & Beverage Assistant Service Attendant

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant Service Attendant to join the team at Spago, Marina Bay Sands. The role supports the dining experience by ensuring tables, service areas and equipment are ready and maintained, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a basic knowledge of the food and drinks menu.
- Keep work areas clean at all times and follow the cleaning schedule.
- Complete and continuously replenish mise‑en‑place prior to service.
- Polish cutlery, crockery, copperware and silverware.
- Set up the chef’s table and maintain the coffee area.
- Carry trays and deliver food to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Required profile
- No formal education required.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety.
- Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
