Food & Beverage Captain – Marina Bay Sands

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Estiatorio Milos, a flagship restaurant within Marina Bay Sands, as a Food & Beverage Captain. You will lead the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high‑end dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their seats, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with table set‑up, equipment handling and coordination of service stations.
• Manage telephone enquiries, reservations and guest communications in both English and Mandarin.
• Distribute guests evenly across the restaurant to optimise flow and service efficiency.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach servers, ensuring consistent high‑quality service.
• Support the Assistant Manager in meeting departmental goals and key performance objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Completed food safety and leadership training programs.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons and public holidays.
