Food & Beverage Service Captain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Service Captain to join our restaurant team in Singapore. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor, you will deliver exceptional, customer‑focused service while upholding our brand standards and local policies.

Key responsibilities

• Take and deliver guest orders with consistent high‑level service.
• Prepare and arrange table and room set‑ups according to standards.
• Communicate guest feedback, difficulties, and relevant information to supervisors.
• Serve food and beverages in line with departmental procedures and safety regulations.
• Store and manage food‑and‑beverage stock following hotel policies.
• Upsell beverages responsibly and replenish bar stations while complying with alcohol service regulations.
• Follow property safety, first‑aid, fire, and emergency procedures; operate equipment safely.

Required profile

• High school graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant food service.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under direction.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, and brand standards.
