Food & Beverage Service Expert

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Expert joins the Guest Service team at The St. Regis Singapore to create memorable dining experiences. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, ensuring guests receive attentive, high‑quality service from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and readiness for service.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of dishes.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service equipment.
• Handle menu information, verify items, and assist guests with menu queries.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
