Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of one or more dining outlets at Pullman Singapore Orchard, ensuring service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing duties, completing all outlet checklists and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Supervise junior team members and casual labour, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and reconfirmations in line with departmental procedures.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders, up‑sell and cross‑sell to maximise revenue.
• Apply HACCP food safety and hygiene standards and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Collect supply requisitions, monitor stock levels, and support other outlets during peak periods.
• Assist in achieving exceptional LQA standards and maintain knowledge of all hotel F&B services.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage outlet operations within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong guest service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
