Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring that food is prepared to high standards and that hygiene protocols are strictly followed. You will coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth service flow and a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation and cooking activities, guaranteeing quality and consistency.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene standards in line with local regulations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to avoid operational disruptions.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper food handling practices.
• Train and mentor junior team members on safety and service procedures.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation, and hygiene.
• Experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
