Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our restaurant and bar across Singapore. The role ensures guests receive exceptional service while maintaining smooth and efficient F&B processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Train, schedule, and manage service staff, controlling labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage supplies.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving aptitude.

Required skills
