Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will ensure high‑quality food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support the creation of appealing menus.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and manage inventory to keep stock levels optimal.
• Verify and endorse all incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in the preparation and design of food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to design and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and cut all food ingredients.
• Clean food‑preparation equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring a tidy work environment.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas and enforce sanitation regulations.
• Monitor portion control to meet customer requests while minimizing waste.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain a professional approach with customers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work split shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work overtime and extra hours when needed.
• Positive and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
