Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our island‑wide restaurant network in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing staff shifts, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to maintain quality standards and control operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily management operations and supervise shift schedules.
• Deliver superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
• Appraise staff performance, provide feedback, and drive productivity improvements.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with suppliers.
• Work night shifts as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operations.
• Strong customer service background.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients.
• Leadership, motivational, and people management abilities.
• Acute financial management skills.
• Ability to recall ingredients and dishes to assist customers and wait staff.
