About the role

The Food Services Operations Manager will lead the overall operation of our island‑wide food service network, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in driving loyalty and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire food service operation.
• Deliver superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and develop customer loyalty programmes.
• Plan new and update existing company policies.
• Develop the overall marketing strategy.
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
• Organise and supervise shift schedules.
• Manage and lead staff, including hiring new employees.
• Train and evaluate staff performance.
• Forecast requirements and maintain inventory.
• Manage supplies, control costs and minimise wastage.
• Nurture a positive working environment for all employees.
• Monitor operations and implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales.

Required profile

• Middle‑management level experience in a food‑service environment.
• Full‑time availability.
