About the role

We are seeking a Food Technologist to lead daily food preparation and ready‑meal production at our Joo Koon facility. This executive‑level position involves supervising the operations team, translating customer requirements into product designs, and ensuring high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the operations team in daily food preparation and ready‑meal production.
• Convert customer requirements into suitable product designs and specifications.
• Develop and implement production processes to achieve required product quality.
• Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
• Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance productivity and output.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Executive level with experience in food preparation or ready‑meal production.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts covering 00:00‑23:59, five days a week.
• Ability to work onsite at the Joo Koon (West) location.
