Fragrance Development & Evaluation – Multiple Levels

About the role

We are partnering with a global leader in the Flavour & Fragrance industry to hire fragrance development professionals across several seniority levels. Based in Singapore, the team supports SEA client briefs across personal care, fine fragrance, and fabric care categories. The role offers autonomy, creative experimentation, and a supportive, psychologically safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute cross‑category fragrance evaluations for Personal Care, Fine Fragrance, and Fabric Care.
• Collaborate with perfumers, R&D, and marketing to select, re‑work, and match olfactive submissions to SEA briefs.
• Analyze olfactive performance, stability, and market alignment to deliver high‑performing scent solutions.
• Drive strategic olfactive vision and regional evaluation road‑maps for key accounts.
• Lead high‑stakes pitches, client defenses, and innovation pipelines to secure commercial wins.
• Translate consumer insights and market dynamics into forward‑looking fragrance strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Perfumery, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Direct experience in fragrance evaluation or development within a recognized F&F house.
• 3‑7 years of hands‑on evaluation experience for junior levels; 8‑15+ years for senior levels.
• Strong familiarity with Personal Care, Fine Fragrance, or Fabric Care categories.
• Deep understanding of olfactive trends and market dynamics across Southeast Asia.
