Freelance Brand Evaluator - Electric Vehicles

About the role

CXG connects premium brands with over 80,000 evaluators across 70 countries and is looking for a freelance brand evaluator for an automobile project in Singapore. You will visit EV showrooms and assess customer experiences, helping brands understand how they engage with visitors and potential customers. Each visit lasts about 30 minutes, so you can complete several missions per month.

Key responsibilities

• Choose your own assignments according to your preferences and profile.
• Visit EV showrooms and interact with sales consultants while learning about electric vehicle models and technologies.
• Observe the customer journey, product presentation, staff knowledge, test-drive experience and overall showroom service.
• Share honest, objective feedback through online questionnaires on the CXG Live mobile platform.

Required profile

• Interest in electric vehicles and the automotive industry.
• Valid driver's licence.
• New drivers, prospective car buyers or people exploring EV ownership are welcome to apply; previous vehicle ownership is not required.
• Enjoy interacting with people and asking questions.
• Keen eye for noticing details of the customer experience.
• Willingness to adapt to different assignment types and evaluation scenarios.

• Ability to give objective, honest feedback.
• Ability to complete online questionnaires promptly.
