French Secondary Teacher (IB/IGCSE)

About the role

The Australian International School is seeking a passionate French Teacher for its secondary programme. You will join a vibrant international community and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess French language lessons for secondary students.
• Prepare students for IBDP, IGCSE and/or HSC examinations where applicable.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and the wider school community.

Required profile

• Four‑year recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor’s degree plus Postgraduate Teaching Diploma or Bachelor of Education).
• Minimum three years full‑time teaching experience in a recognised educational institution; recent graduates may be considered.
• Experience with IBDP, IGCSE or HSC curricula is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to engage in school community life.
