Front Desk Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Front Desk Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for students and parents visiting Academia. This full‑time, onsite role requires an outgoing, meticulous professional who can deliver high‑quality service and support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in students and parents and provide general front‑desk assistance.
• Answer phone and online queries regarding classes, teachers, curriculum, policies, and replacement lessons.
• Assist with registration and scheduling changes by updating the student database.
• Process invoicing and payments via credit‑card or bank transfer.
• Handle special requests and complaints professionally, escalating to management when needed.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, including printing, photocopying, and scanning.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to explain information clearly to both language groups.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications.
• Previous experience in a front‑facing customer service role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
