Front of House Hospitality Manager

About the role

Jigger & Pony Group is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its flagship venues in Singapore. You will work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure a seamless, high‑quality guest experience across multiple restaurants and cocktail bars.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing FOH and bar team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage talent pipeline through hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and align service with brand storytelling.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent service, cleanliness and organization.
• Develop, update and enforce SOPs while allowing authentic, personalised hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and ensure memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to synchronize front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Analyze operational data and recommend workflow improvements.

• Proven leadership experience in a quality‑driven restaurant environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Experience managing front‑of‑house operations in a multi‑venue hospitality group.
• Ability to develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in handling guest feedback and conflict resolution.
