Frontend Developer – Modern JavaScript Frameworks

About the role

The Frontend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable user interfaces for digital products. This role requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, UI/UX best practices, and solid software engineering principles.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to translate user stories into technical requirements.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure automated test coverage and promptly fix defects.
• Partner with DevOps teams to automate build, deployment, and release pipelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible web applications that deliver excellent user experiences.
• Implement frontend best practices such as component reusability, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
• Apply Extreme Programming practices—including pair programming, code reviews, and unit testing—to improve software quality.
• Enforce frontend security standards to protect against XSS, CSRF, and related vulnerabilities.
• Document architectural decisions, technical patterns, and frontend guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Git and modern branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk‑based development).
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and familiarity with XP practices such as TDD and pair programming.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend security best practices and web performance optimization.
