Frontend Software Engineer – Transaction (Live Platform)

About the role

The TikTok LIVE Platform frontend team is building secure, stable and seamless payment products. We are looking for experienced frontend engineers to develop web and hybrid applications that power TikTok Wallet and Money Platform, enhancing the payment experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop web applications for TikTok Wallet and Money Platform, ensuring security, stability and efficiency.
• Design and implement high‑performance, seamless user experiences with a focus on quality and system stability.
• Contribute to infrastructure and engineering solutions that support TikTok LIVE’s business and productivity tools.
• Improve collaboration methods for remote and cross‑regional teams to accelerate iteration and growth.

Required profile

• Solid front‑end programming skills with experience solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of front‑end engineering and component development, with design sensibility and familiarity with at least one MV* framework.
• Excellent service awareness, learning ability, communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in English.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at a large‑scale internet business (preferred).
